Code of conduct

The LISA Working Group Meeting 2025 is committed to providing a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all participants. We ask that both in person and online attendees abide by the LISA Consortium code of conduct.

• All participants are expected to foster an atmosphere of mutual respect, fairness and inclusivity.
• Engage in constructive and professional discussions and respect the diversity of scientific opinions and experiences within the LISA community.

Any form of harassment, intimidation or discrimination will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Verbal comments that aim to insult, discriminate or diminish fellow attendees
• Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or inappropriate physical (or virtual) contact.
• Disruptive behavior during talks and discussions.

If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, please contact any member of the organizing committee in person or at lisaastrowgmeeting2025@gmail.com. All grievances will be treated with discretion and will be dealt with in accordance to the LISA consortium grievance procedure.
