Hotel information

The official Saas-Fee Course hotel is the Eurotel Victoria in Les Diablerets (Switzerland). Hotel reservation is done through the hotel reservation form.

Hotel room rates

Prices per person and per night include half board (breakfast buffet and dinner). All taxes and service charges are included, as is the entry to the hotel indoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness. Free wifi is provided in the hotel. Notice that there will be no wifi available at the conference center during the lectures.

Several rooms are pre-reserved in the above categories until January 29th, 2016 on a first come first served basis. Participants wishing to share double, triple, or quadruple rooms should organise themselves to find other participants, or should provide their wish and constraints to the hotel directly.

Hotel reservation

Room reservation is made by the participant via a reservation form to be sent directly to the hotel.

Meals

A breakfast buffet and the evening dinners are included in the price of the rooms at the Eurotel Victoria. Participants are free to take their lunch in Les Diablerets, on the slopes, or anywhere else.

Conference dinner

The conference dinner is scheduled on Friday the 18th in the evening, just after the last course lecture. The dinner's cost is included in the registration fee.

Payment of accomodation

The payment for the accomodation is independent from the registration fee and is paid individually by the participants upon arrival. This can be done by cash or credit card at the hotel reception.
