Each student needs a Laptop with a working OS and WiFi connection. Please fill this form for us to be prepared.
You should have an account on renkulab where notebooks with exercises will be provided. Please follow further instructions in the repository where the interactive session materials will be provided.

We also ask you to install Docker on your laptop in case you want to run locally the exercises or if we will need to overcome network issues (we will provide a USB stick with some of the data as a backup solution).
Please test your docker installation using he command
docker run odahub/welcome-saasfee2022
