The school will take place in the conference room of the Eurotel Victoria hotel located in the village of Les Diablerets in the heart of the Swiss Alps.
The hotel --
Rooms are pre-reserved for the school participants and can be shared between 2, 3, or 4 persons.
The corresponding rates per night and per person including breakfast buffet and dinner are the following:

They include all taxes and service charges, as well as the access to the hotel indoor swimming pool, sauna, sanatorium and fitness.
Participants wishing to share rooms should organize themselves to find other participants, or should provide their wish and constraints to the hotel directly.
Room reservation is made by the participant by sending this reservation form directly to the hotel. The availability of the rooms is not guaranteed after February 21st.
Accommodation at another location is not encouraged in order to maximize interactions between participants.
The meals --
A breakfast buffet and a 3-course dinner are included in the price of the hotel rooms.
Any dietary restrictions should be indicated in the "Additional comments" of the reservation form before February 21st.
Participants are free to have lunch where they want (why not on the ski slopes). The lunches are not covered by the school.
